Refund policy

For any shipping issues, book returns, refund requests, or damaged products, please contact support@slyflourish.com and we'll try to make it right.

Beginning June 19, 2026, EU customers have the right to withdraw their purchases up to 14 days after delivery of physical goods for any reason. This window extends over weekends and holidays. EU customers will receive a full refund on order but will be responsible for the cost of return shipping/packaging and a restocking fee of 2 GBP per order. View your account settings for returns and cancellations.

Because every hat, t-shirt, mug, and calendar is custom made to order, we cannot offer refunds on these items.

Digital products once fulfilled can't be returned for a refund.  If you ordered PDF by mistake or aren't satisfied with the quality of the PDF, email support@slyflourish.com and we will try to resolve issue.
